Free shipping for orders over $35 AUD

$8 flat rate shipping for orders under $35 AUD

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Deliveries take an additional 1-4 business days to arrive. Times vary depending on your location. Once we dispatch your order, tracking details will be sent to your email.

International Shipping

$18 AUD for all international locations

Estimated delivery times of 7-12 business days for metro areas of major cities, excluding any time in Customs. Times vary depending on your location. Once we dispatch your order, tracking details will be sent to your email.

How long will my order take to be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch all orders as fast as we can. Generally all orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Delays may occur during peak times and over public holidays.

How long does Shipping Take

Shipping times will vary depending on your location.

Shipping will take 3-5 business days Australia-wide, or up to 7 business days for remote locations within Australia.

The estimated delivery time for shipping outside of Australia is 3-10 business days for metropolitan areas of major cities. Please note that this excludes time in Customs (if applicable) and may be subject to delay due to causes outside of Australia Post’s control.

Australia Post has been impacted by current restrictions and this could result into delays in deliveries. Please allow an extra 3 days for delivery of your order (5 days for Perth and regional areas).

Can I Change my order once it has been placed?

If you have accidentally ordered the wrong product please email our customer service team info@drtanya.com.au. To expedite your request, please have your order confirmation number available. We will always do our best to accommodate your needs. Please note if the order has already been processed, we will be unable to change or cancel it.

I received my order and it's incorrect.

If your Dr Tanya parcel arrives and an item is missing or incorrect please email our customer service team info@drtanya.com.au  within 5 business days of receiving the order. Please include your name / order number / products received.

Will I be charged custom and import charges?

Orders delivered outside of Australia may be liable for any local customs duty, import taxes or costs due on your purchase. These are decided on a case-by-case basis by your own government at the point of entry to your country and are outside our control. In accordance with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value and description of all items included in the order. 

In the event that your shipping destination does charge custom and import charges, you will be responsible for paying these costs. For more information, please contact your government, customs or imports offices.

Returns Policy

Please note that we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. If you believe your product is faulty or arrived damaged please get in contact with our support team at info@drtanya.com.au within 7 days of receiving your delivery to receive a replacement or refund.

If you receive any products that are damaged or faulty please contact us at info@drtanya.com.au  to arrange a replacement or refund. To expedite your request, please include a detailed description and photo of the product in question within 7 business days of receiving your delivery.

Authorised Stockist Returns

For returns purchases through an Authorised Distributor and Stockist of Dr Tanya Skincare, please contact them directly.

Purchases through unauthorised stockist

Dr Tanya does not guarantee or provide returns on any product purchased outside of an authorised stockist. This includes the sale of Dr Tanya Skincare products on catch.com.au, eBay, amazon.com or OzSale.com.au. We will not be held responsible for any transactions made through these
