All orders are sent via Australia Post. 

To qualify for Express Shipping, orders must be placed by 12pm AEST. If placed after this time, your order will be processed the next business day. Additionally, be sure to check if your postcode falls within the Australia Post Next Day Guarantee.

Also please note, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Transit times are estimated and provided to us via our delivery partners and therefore may be affected by factors out of our control.

Please note, some items are unable to be shipped internationally. Customers will be contacted if there is something within their order that is not able to be shipped. 


How long does despatch take?
Standard delivery - Orders placed Monday to Thursday will be processed the next working day. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday’s will be processed the following Monday.

Express delivery - Orders must be placed prior to 12pm AEST Monday to Thursday, and are subject to the Australia Post Next Day Guarantee. Orders placed after this will be processed and despatched the next business day.

Please allow for extra processing time during high demand and sale periods as well as public holidays.


Returns Policy

You may return products purchased from for change of mind within 14 days under the following conditions:

  • The product is in original condition, unopened
  • Proof of purchase/order history is attainable
  • We do not accept returned goods where we reasonably believe they have been opened and used. The exception to this is if:
      • The product is deemed fault;
      • You have experienced an unfavourable skin reaction (imagery of reaction may be required).
      • Returns are not valid or accepted due to packaging changes unless deemed faulty.

All returns are send back at the cost of the customer and you are liable for any risk of loss, theft or damaged goods during transit. To get your return back to us, follow the below steps:

Step 3 Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 21 days of receipt. Exchanges will be sent via standard shipping.

Purchases through unauthorised stockist
